Job Summary:

Divisions Maintenance Group (DMG) is looking for an energetic and motivated Sr. Analyst Revenue Strategy & Planning to join our growing team. This is a key role within the sales organization, and the ideal candidate must be smart, analytical, detail-oriented, and self-directed. 

The Sr. Analyst Revenue Strategy & Planning will assist with a variety of tasks spanning CRM management, sales process management, commissions, sales team performance reporting, and contract management, as well as a multitude of ad-hoc projects. They will use their strong excel and Salesforce skills to ensure DMG is capturing and using data to drive revenue growth. This person will also work as a liaison with marketing, finance, and operations to ensure that all deals are accurate, properly logged and comply with DMG's policies and procedures. 

 

What You'll Do:

  • Conduct analysis and prepare various reports to track and manage business KPIs.
  • Assist in the planning and on-going management of sales territories including the management of account assignments.
  • Track and manage client segmentation data as well as assist in strategic projects to identify opportunities within new and existing clients.
  • Assist in designing, implementing, and monitoring sales process and data.
  • Act as steward for all critical sales data, ensuring accuracy and data cleanliness.
  • Coordinate with system owners and admins to identify, develop, and maintain sales reports and dashboards in Salesforce.com.
  • Modify Salesforce.com functionality to support evolving business requirements.
  • Be a subject matter expert in DMG sales processes and Salesforce.com.
  • Partner with key stakeholders in marketing, operations, and finance on sales process and data
  • Assist in the preparation of various monthly sales reporting presentation materials.
  • Perform deal reviews (in-process and post close) to ensure high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency.
  • Be subject matter expert in DMG's sales processes and Salesforce.com. 
  • Provide training on DMG's sales process and CRM. 
  • Support sales reps and account managers on as needed basis to ensure process compliance.
  • Act as liaison to key stakeholders in marketing, operations, and finance on sales process and data.
  • Proactively identify and explore opportunities for sales process improvements, facilitate implementing changes and help drive enablement efforts.
  • Assist in other ad-hoc projects and requests from various business leaders.
  • Support implementation and management of Salesforce.com and other sales support systems.
  • Support compensation on deal validation and review for commissions.
  • Assist in other ad-hoc projects to support broader business objectives.

 

What You Need:

  • Bachelor's Degree required. 
  • 3+ years professional experience.
  • 1+ year in Sales, Sales Operations, Finance tied to Sales.
  • Strong attention to detail and data driven.
  • Action oriented, self-starter.
  • Excellent problem solving, analytical, planning, and reasoning skills.
  • Proficient with Salesforce; SFDC admin certification a plus.
  • Strong Excel User (vlookups, index(match), etc.).
  • Must share DMG's values, mission, and vision.
  • Periodic lifting up to 10 pounds.
  • Sitting for long periods of time.
  • Use of hands for computer work.
  • Periodic standing, walking, reaching, and bending.
  • Intermittent travel.
  • Ability to manage the stress of a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to meet the in-person requirements of the team and/or business needs.
